Can you give me a firm price over the phone? 

Most of the time. An automobile is a complex machine with thousands of moving parts.  Many shops will "low-ball" a price just to get you in the store.  At Leonard's we prefer to have a Certified Technician properly diagnose the problem and provide you with a "to the penny" estimate.  This service is usually performed in less than 30 minutes. 
What kind of repair service do you offer? 

At Leonard's, we pride ourselves in our Certified Technicians.  Our Technicians have spent years learning their trade.  We can perform any repair your vehicle needs. 
How long will my repair take? 

It depends on the extent of the repair and the availability of parts.  We strive for "same day" repairs in all cases.  If we cannot complete the repair, we can provide a rental at discounted rates. 
Can I get an appointment for service? 

In most cases.  We can always make an appointment for the diagnosis.  Once we know what is wrong and how long it will take, we can conform to your schedule.
What if I want a second opinion? 

We encourage you to feel comfortable with your decision.  At Leonard's we will never pressure you to make a decision on the spot.  Most of our clients have developed a bond of trust with us, and feel no need for second opinions.
How can Leonard's save me money? 

Leonard's hourly rate is an average of 20% lower than our major competition.  Our specialists will help you determine the right course of action and search for the proper combination of quality and price.
What does free "consultation" mean? 

Our Certified Technicians will check the problem at no charge.  The free consultation will determine the proper course of action.  If further diagnostics are required, we will provide "up-front" pricing.
Why do you charge for diagnostics? 

It can take several hours and expensive specialized equipment to properly diagnose today's complex vehicles.

 How can Leonard's do tires, mufflers and complete repairs in one store?
 
Our technicians are highly trained and specialize in their trade.  Each of our specialists have spent years learning their trade.  Our custom exhaust builders, L1 certified performance specialists, brake/alignment and general line  technicians focus on their specialty almost exclusively.

 Why doesn't Leonard's carry a huge tire inventory?
 
Two reasons:
 
1.  It encourages salespeople to sell what is in stock, rather than what best fits your needs.
2.  Tires expire.  A tire can easily sit on a shelf for years before it is sold.  A tire should never be more than a year old.

Leonard's warehouse is owned by Michelin and carries a fresh tire that is perfect for your needs.  Usually, we can have the new tire at the store before the old tire is off the rim!
